IDR is seeking a Workday Financial Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Boston, Massachusetts in a remote capacity. This role is part of a dynamic finance team within a healthcare organization, focused on implementing and supporting Workday Financials modules. The position offers a chance to contribute to a significant system deployment with a reputable organization committed to innovation and excellence, with 25% travel required.
Position Overview for the Workday Financial Analyst:
- Support full cycle implementation of Workday Financials with a focus on cash management, core financials, and asset management
- Assist with testing including test script creation, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution
- Translate business requirements into functional design and configuration
- Manage system changes from start to finish
- Partner with Finance Lead to deliver solutions and support reporting documentation and end user training
Requirements for the Workday Financial Analyst:
- 4 or more years of Workday Financials implementation
- Workday Financials Certifications
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end implementations
- Strong functional expertise, not just technical configuration
- Experience working directly with stakeholders
