IDR is seeking a SOW Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting the creation and management of Statements of Work within a dynamic IT services environment, providing essential technical and business documentation. The company specializes in delivering innovative technology solutions across various industries, fostering a collaborative and client-focused atmosphere.
Position Overview for the SOW Analyst:
- Develops, reviews, and manages Statements of Work (SOWs) in a professional services or IT environment
- Collaborates with SMEs, Account Executives, and Engineers to gather accurate input for documentation
- Ensures clarity, accuracy, and scope alignment in technical and business writing
- Supports client-facing communications, explaining technical information and managing expectations
- Coordinates across multiple teams including Sales, Legal, and Technical to meet deadlines
Requirements for the SOW Analyst:
- Advanced MS Office skills with an emphasis on MS Excel and MS Word
- Familiarity with Information Technology terms and technologies
- Technical writing and/or Business writing experience helpful
- Experience in the IT Industry
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
