IDR is seeking a Senior/Lead UX Designer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves leading the experience for a digital program within a dynamic organization, focusing on creating innovative and user-centric designs for websites and mobile applications.
Position Overview for the Senior/Lead UX Designer :

- Responsible for designing and implementing engaging user experiences that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop visual and interaction design concepts.
- Ensures consistency and adherence to design systems across digital platforms.
- Provides in-depth understanding of user needs through research, testing, and iterative design.
Requirements for the Senior/Lead UX Designer :
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in user experience design.
- Deep expertise in Figma, with a portfolio demonstrating recent design work for mobile, web, and app interfaces.
- Strong understanding of design systems, preferably from large-scale organizations, and experience incorporating AI in design workflows.
- Proven ability to develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting and advocating for design decisions and user needs.
