IDR is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join one of our top clients for a fully remote opportunity! This role involves supporting healthcare financial reporting, cost accounting, and reimbursement activities within a dynamic healthcare organization. The position offers the chance to work remotely with a focus on financial analysis and systems support.
Position Overview for the Senior Financial Analyst :
- Support financial reporting, cost accounting, forecasting, and analysis activities within the general accounting function
- Coordinate and facilitate financial reporting, budgeting, and benchmarking activities
- Perform healthcare cost reporting, reimbursement analysis, and research grants reporting
- Maintain financial systems, including data uploads, reconciliations, and ensuring accuracy
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and analyze variances to support strategic planning
Requirements for the Senior Financial Analyst :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong accounting background, including general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Experience with healthcare cost reporting and reimbursement, including use of HCAI (Healthcare Cost Accounting Information) systems
- Experience supporting research and grants accounting or cost reporting
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
