IDR is seeking a Senior D365 F&O Functional Consultant to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity!. This role involves working within a dynamic enterprise environment focused on leveraging modern solutions to improve business processes. Position Overview for the Senior D365 F&O Functional Consultant:

• Serve as a key functional authority, translating business requirements into scalable solutions within D365 Finance & Operations.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architecture, and engineering teams to develop prototypes and deliver implementation artifacts.
• Support rapid prototype development to validate workflows, user journeys, and system integrations, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling and structured work items to accelerate feature decomposition, user story creation, and sprint planning.
• Act as a liaison throughout the deployment process, validating solutions against prototypes and facilitating user acceptance testing.

Requirements for the Senior D365 F&O Functional Consultant:

• 7+ years of experience in Functional Architecture, Solution Design, Systems Analysis, or Enterprise Functional Consulting.
• Strong experience translating business requirements into scalable enterprise solutions.
• Experience supporting enterprise application ecosystems and integrated business platforms.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling, integrations, APIs, workflow orchestration, data-driven applications and enterprise solution patterns.
• Experience creating prototypes, workflows, and implementation-ready functional designs.
