IDR is seeking a Production Support Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting mission-critical Medicaid systems within a healthcare technology environment. The position offers the chance to contribute to operational excellence and system reliability, working across diverse technical teams in a dynamic setting.
Position Overview for the Production Support Analyst:
- Support real-time system monitoring and incident response efforts for healthcare systems.
- Lead incident management and troubleshooting for production issues, including severity levels.
- Collaborate with engineering, vendors, and business teams to ensure operational readiness and system stability.
- Automate processes using scripting and analysis on Linux platforms, focusing on improving operational efficiency.
- Develop SOPs, conduct root-cause analysis, and champion continuous operational improvements.
Requirements for the Production Support Analyst:
- Strong background in production support or operations, with advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with tools such as Datapower, MFT, MQ, IBM, Splunk, SQL, and incident management platforms like ServiceNow or Jira.
- Knowledge of EDI X12 transactions, Linux analysis, scripting, and automation.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical issues to both technical and business teams.
- Passion for mentoring team members and elevating operational maturity, with bonus experience in healthcare, Medicaid, or EDI 270/271.
