Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Office Support Specialist:

• Print and assemble insurance applications and policies with precision and efficiency. • Open and sort mail according to specific handling requirements. • Conduct quality reviews of applications and policy documents to ensure accuracy. • Assemble policy documents within 1-2 business days of issuance, adhering to state and firm-specific guidelines. • Address and resolve system, process, and printer issues promptly, sharing insights with the team.

Required Skills for Office Support Specialist:

• Ability to work independently with strong time management skills. • Excellent attendance record and willingness to work regular overtime. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude in challenging situations.
