Position Overview/Responsibilities for the EVS Supervisor (West Hollywood, CA):
Oversee daily staffing and scheduling, ensuring optimal productivity and addressing absences or changes in client needs.
Conduct daily rounds to assess staff performance and ensure compliance with hospital standards, including safety and infection prevention.
Manage and maintain all equipment, uniforms, and workspaces in a clean and professional manner.
Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing education for staff, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Address performance issues, conduct disciplinary meetings, and provide constructive feedback through performance evaluations.
Required Skills for EVS Supervisor (West Hollywood, CA):
High School Diploma or GED.
Flu vaccine compliance with no exemptions.
Minimum of one year of direct supervisory experience.
At least three years of experience in EVS, transportation, or hospitality.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
