IDR is seeking a Campaign Execution Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Houston, TX. This role involves providing operational analysis and support for retail marketing campaigns within the energy sector, focusing on campaign implementation and process improvement. The position offers a chance to collaborate across departments and develop specialized knowledge in retail operations.
Position Overview for the Campaign Execution Analyst:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop timelines and manage end-to-end delivery of retail marketing campaigns for residential and small business segments.
- Coordinate and execute tasks supporting campaigns, projects, and product launches, ensuring timely delivery.
- Identify issues early, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions while escalating as needed.
- Support operational process development for new campaigns, including launching new functionality and marketing channels.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and approaches for new marketing capabilities, facilitating stakeholder consensus for system and process changes.
Requirements for the Campaign Execution Analyst:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in operations, computer science, information systems, or engineering.
- 1-3 years related professional experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and MS Project.
- Knowledge of SAP/CRM preferred.
- Knowledge of ERCOT, East, and Canada retail competition, customer protection rules, and competitive retail environment preferred.
