IDR is seeking a Benefits and Wellness Specialist (100% Remote) to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role supports a leading organization in the benefits and wellness industry, focusing on managing complex employee benefits programs within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Position Overview for the Benefits and Wellness Specialist (100% Remote):
- Manage day-to-day benefits operations, including onboarding, transfers, terminations, and benefits invoicing/billing
- Respond to employee inquiries with a high level of service, ensuring a concierge approach
- Support HRIS/Workday and SharePoint maintenance related to benefits programs and data integrity
- Assist with regulatory compliance tasks such as 5500 filings, 1095 reporting, and non-discrimination testing
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth benefits administration and process improvement
Requirements for the Benefits and Wellness Specialist (100% Remote):
- At least three years of recent professional experience with U.S. employee benefits and wellness plan development and delivery
- Proven track record in health/wellness and work-life programs
- Strong Excel skills, including building Pivots and VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, with demonstrated data accuracy and quality control
- Experience working with HRIS systems; Workday experience is a strong plus
- Ability to juggle 12+ concurrent tasks efficiently in a high-demand environment
