Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Application Engineer - Jira Solution Architect :
Collaborate with a multi-functional team to administer and support numerous Communications, Knowledge, and Work Management Tools
Design, build and maintain work systems on the Jira Cloud platform to support our client's operations
Develop and maintain unified views (dashboards, boards, and reporting) in Jira Software work system to support operational reporting at scale
Provide end-user training on Jira Software Cloud native features and popular add-ons such as Structure, EazyBI, and Zephyr Scale
Author and maintain operational process documentation, runbooks, technical designs and shared standards
Required Skills for Application Engineer - Jira Solution Architect :
4-6 years experience with Jira Software Cloud
2+ years experience with Structure
Experience working in a Jira Cloud Platform environment at scale (100+ projects, 1,000+ users)
Advanced proficiency with Atlassian Jira Cloud Software and its most popular add-ons (Advanced Planning, Automation, eazyBI, ScriptRunner, Structure, Custom Charts)
Excellent remote working skills and English language skills
